The HeHRZ is the central IT service provider for universities in Hesse. Its activities focus on the operation and further development of SAP systems and related consulting activities.

• Technical management of the SAP Basis Architecture and IT Infrastructure department
• Support and conceptual development of SAP systems and landscapes for finance and HR and the associated technical infrastructure
• Implementation of application support (3rd level) and collaboration with SAP support
• Planning, creation and implementation of training courses, workshops and information events
• Representing the interests of the cooperating universities in working groups
• Representation of the HeHRZ department head in case of absence

Your profile :

• Completed scientific university degree in computer science or comparable (Master's degree or university diploma)
• Several years of professional experience in the design, realization, implementation and administration of SAP system landscapes (Windows Server and / or Linux) and the associated IT infrastructure
• Several years of professional experience in working with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL)
• Experience in SAP technologies (e.g. AS-Java and -ABAP)
• Several years of professional experience in the conception and implementation of workshops and training courses
• Experience in the management of teams
• Experience in project and IT management
• Advantageous are :

Knowledge of the SAP technologies SAPRouter, SAP Webdispatcher

• Knowledge of authentication procedures (e.g. Kerberos and SAML2)
• Knowledge of the programming languages ABAP or Java
• Knowledge in the area of SAP authorization management
• Knowledge in the area of HANA DB, S / 4HANA or the associated migration
• Knowledge in the area of SAP Fiori
• Knowledge of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
