Role Description

We are growing rapidly and seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our expansion. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing global sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. In this role, you will develop and manage our worldwide distributor network, strengthen key relationships, and drive sales growth. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional looking to advance within a growing company. Success in this role requires strong business acumen and the ability to understand and effectively explain the technical aspects of our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand and manage our global distributor network.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate distribution agreements.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue in different markets.
  • Train and support distributors to optimize sales performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the scientific and marketing teams to ensure product positioning and messaging align with market needs.

What we're looking for

  • 1-5 years of experience in international sales and market development (preferably in medical devices or aesthetics).
  • Fluent in English mandatory (written and spoken) (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a scientific field (e.g., Biomedics, Life Sciences) with strong business acumen.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and eager to grow.
  • Comfortable with sporadic international travel.
