Formación

Within our Human Resources and Organization department, we are currently looking to fill the position of

Tasks

  • You are responsible for the smooth operation and continuous development of the SAP HCM modules Time Management and Payroll, both for RheinEnergie and for our clients within the Stadtwerke Köln Group.
  • You analyze specific requirements, formulate them clearly and take care of quality assurance and documentation of the processes.
  • You maintain an overview of the processes mapped in the systems, carry out error analyses and initiate necessary error and data corrections.
  • You are the direct contact person for our customers, provide them with expert advice and build a close, trusting relationship.
  • You are responsible for offer and contract management and ensure that all processes run smoothly.
  • You manage internal and external technical projects in the area of HR IT and ensure that they are successfully implemented.
  • You support the team with all questions relating to the HR management systems used and provide them with technical support.
  • You supervise the time recording staff in the RheinEnergie divisions and promote their professional development.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology and several years of professional experience.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of HR processes, particularly in the areas of time management and payroll accounting.
  • You have sound knowledge and practical experience in the SAP HCM modules PT and PY, ideally also in customizing.
  • You have experience in project management and know how to implement projects successfully.
  • You think in a process-oriented and analytical way, always with an eye for solutions outside the box.
  • You like to take on responsibility and work independently.
  • You are a real team player and value teamwork.

Why RheinEnergie

This position is remunerated with pay group 11 according to the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V). For a full-time position, this corresponds to a gross annual salary of around 62,000 - 84,000 euros (depending on professional experience and qualifications).

In addition to the collectively agreed salary, our employees receive numerous special payments and benefits, such as additional variable remuneration in the form of bonuses and incentives, depending on the company's performance, as well as a company pension scheme worth 8.7% of the respective gross annual salary.
