As the domestic intelligence service of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) makes a significant contribution to the security of citizens.
You will support our team in the operation of applications, operating systems and firewalls in the area of telecommunications surveillance (TKÜ). You will also be involved in the needs-based planning and further development of IT procedures and special networks. You will provide 1st and 2nd level support for the procedures you are responsible for and cooperate with internal and external bodies, particularly in the areas of IT security, confidentiality and data protection.

Permanent employment up to pay grade 11 TV EntgO Bund (gross annual salary of €51,614 to €76,482).
Possibility of subsequent civil servant status: Transfer of civil servants up to A 11 BBesO A if the requirements under career law are met. Payment of an intelligence service allowance, IT specialist allowance and other salary increases possible after individual case assessment, depending on the possibility of recognition of qualifications and previous experience.
