Assistant (m/f/d) to the Head of Department for IT and Medical Technology

The regular average working time is 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and coordination of department management
2. Pre-probing of emails
3. Coordination of incoming telephone calls
4. Correspondence with customers and employees
5. Checking and pre-assigning incoming invoices
6. Processing of monthly statements
7. Writing orders to companies

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as a business administrator (m/f/d) in the healthcare sector, office administrator (m/f/d), or business administrator (m/f/d) for office management, or a comparable qualification.

You are characterized by a reliable and structured way of working and a confident handling of MS Office applications.

Your qualities include an independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.

You possess communicative and social skills, customer orientation, quality awareness, and an interest in technological developments.

You work in a team-oriented manner.
