• Experience digitalization live : You will analyze customer requirements, develop clever IT solutions as part of a team and show how digital processes can improve workflows.
• Customer contact with added value : As a prospective digitalization manager, you will be in close contact with customers, provide support during system launches and learn how to successfully implement international projects.

• Your focus : In contrast to the IT systems management apprenticeship, the focus here is more on the analysis, optimization and digitalization of business processes - you will become the driving force behind digital transformations.

• Fach-)Abitur : You have your school-leaving certificate in your pocket.
• IT affinity : You find digitalization exciting, but don't want to code yourself - you leave that to our developers.
• Communication talent : You can express yourself well in both German and English and feel comfortable dealing with people.
