Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate an international development team, with plans for further expansion.
• Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities in artificial intelligence within eHealth technologies.
• Develop product strategies that incorporate AI-powered solutions for hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Translate AI business cases into specific product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to test product ideas, focusing on usability and necessity.
• Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to spot innovation opportunities.
• Assist in marketing strategies and positioning of our products in the market.
• Plan and execute product testing, analyze user feedback, and implement continuous product improvements.

Qualifications :

• Degree in business administration, computer science, healthcare, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in product management, software development, healthcare IT, or AI.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their healthcare applications.
• Proven success in leading interdisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts and engage with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Interest in transforming healthcare through innovative technologies.
