Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate an international development team, with plans for further expansion.
- Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities in artificial intelligence within eHealth technologies.
- Develop product strategies that incorporate AI-powered solutions for hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Translate AI business cases into specific product requirements and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to test product ideas, focusing on usability and necessity.
- Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to spot innovation opportunities.
- Assist in marketing strategies and positioning of our products in the market.
- Plan and execute product testing, analyze user feedback, and implement continuous product improvements.
Qualifications :
- Degree in business administration, computer science, healthcare, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in product management, software development, healthcare IT, or AI.
- Understanding of AI technologies and their healthcare applications.
- Proven success in leading interdisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts and engage with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Interest in transforming healthcare through innovative technologies.
