The healthcare sector is a growth industry. Statutory health insurance alone spends over 200 billion euros a year on patient care. The KZVB ensures dental care in Bavaria, invoices the services provided by Bavarian dentists to the health insurance companies and supports practices in implementing legal requirements. It sees itself as a modern service provider. As a public corporation, the KZVB also represents the interests of contract dentists in dealings with politicians and health insurance companies.

In the IT and Technology division, we are looking for a dedicated full-time or part-time IT Infrastructure and Architecture team member in the near future.

Administrator (m / f / d)

for Linux systems and databases

• Administration of databases and Linux systems
• Development and support of a virtualization solution
• Design and implementation of data backups
• Active involvement in interesting IT projects

Your profile:

• Completed technical studies, ideally in the field of computer science or vocational training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) or comparable several years of practical experience in server administration
• Experience in the administration of a Linux environment
• Ideally experience with a database system, such as Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Sense of responsibility, independence and an appetite for new things
• Good team and communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills
