MLOps Practice and Position Overview

Our MLOps practices are a strategic priority and a rapidly growing initiative. The position can be based in Spain, Barcelona, with a geographical scope covering Europe.

What We Are Looking For

We seek an ML Engineer to join our team to handle technical design and implementation in projects related to AI initiatives for top-tier organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in artificial intelligence, focusing on:

• Defining and implementing technical solutions within AI Platform frameworks and methodologies.
• Building AI Platforms aligned with high-level architecture, whether cloud-native, hybrid, or on-premises.
• Developing CI/CD pipelines to manage the MLOps lifecycle according to client objectives and architecture requirements.
• Standardizing methodologies for developing, training, deploying, inference, and monitoring AI use cases.
• Providing resources and tools for Data Scientists, enabling model development, robust methodology, unattended training, and performance monitoring with retrain alarms.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and effectively, with high customer satisfaction.
• Developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts and pipelines for managing and deploying AI Platforms.
• Building CI/CD pipelines to industrialize model development.
• Creating custom software integrations to connect external systems with the AI Platform.
• Making informed technical decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Have 3+ years of experience with AI-related projects.
• Have experience with IaC tools (e.g., CDK, Terraform, Ansible).
• Are familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Possess strong coding skills in Object-Oriented languages like Python, Java, or C#.
• Have worked in environments ranging from startups to large companies or academia, helping Data Scientists deploy models in production.
