A boutique storytelling agency is seeking a Client Relationship Manager with a passion for classical music. You will manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction as you guide them through website projects. Ideal candidates have experience in client management and a strong understanding of the classical music industry. This is a freelance, hourly position with a global remote team based in Europe.

Formación

  • Deep understanding of classical music and the performing arts.
  • Experience in account management or client relationship management.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and German is a plus.

You will be working closely with our current and potential clients, helping them start their website projects and ensuring their satisfaction with our collaboration.

Our agency stands out because we deeply understand classical music and its cultural significance. Therefore, a strong knowledge of classical music and the industry is essential for this position.

Key Qualifications:
  • Deep love, passion, and understanding of classical music, performing arts, or cultural organizations and industry.
  • Solid experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management.
  • Understanding of how to sell website development services.
  • Background in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, or Arts Management is preferred.
  • Ability to manage the prospect from initial request to signed contract, tracking the process.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with high accountability standards.
  • Passionate about excellent customer service.
  • Responsive under tight deadlines and adaptable to change.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and German is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for new leads and clients during the early project stages.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to prepare estimates and proposals.
  • Present project proposals and close sales.
  • Generate and grow revenue from new and existing accounts.
  • Ensure client retention and manage expectations.
  • Support growth initiatives with our Business Developer.
  • Innovate ways to connect with industry key players.
  • Stay updated on industry news and classical music developments to leverage opportunities.

Molina Visuals is a boutique storytelling agency creating innovative media to develop strong brands related to classical music. As a remote agency, our team is globally distributed, communicating mainly online. We maintain a friendly, positive atmosphere and produce high-end campaigns for major classical music institutions, aiming to communicate the depth and richness of classical music to diverse audiences.

This is a freelance, hourly position. Our clients are mainly in Europe and the United States. Please ensure your time zone overlaps with Europe for at least 4 hours daily.
