Where You'll Be Based:

Primarily based in our Madrid head office, with occasional remote work and travel to European markets.

What You’ll Do:

As a trusted partner to the Regional Operations Director, you’ll work across the business to:

1. Lead HR for Your Area: Drive performance, ensure compliance, and align HR goals with business strategy.
2. Build Leadership Capability: Coach and support senior leaders to navigate people challenges and lead effectively.
3. Drive the Talent Agenda: Oversee recruitment, development, and career planning to grow and retain top talent.
4. Champion Change: Lead country cultural initiatives.
