A premier martial arts school in Barcelona is seeking a Black Belt Professor who is passionate about teaching both Gi and NoGi. The ideal candidate will lead classes, mentor students, and foster a supportive and inclusive environment. Key qualifications include a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, teaching experience, and strong communication skills in Spanish and English. Formación

• Must be legally eligible to work in Spain.
• C1 level of Spanish & English required; Catalan is a plus.
• Experience teaching both Gi & NoGi.

We’re looking for a Black Belt Professor with proven teaching experience, a deep understanding of people-first culture, and a passion for both Gi and NoGi. Someone who leads by example, creates a safe and inclusive space, and helps students grow with confidence from their very first day.

Responsibilities

• Teach and lead 25–30 hours / week of structured Gi and NoGi classes
• Provide clear, progressive instruction tailored to different levels
• Support a positive, respectful, and inclusive mat culture
• Guide beginner students and help them integrate confidently into training
• Mentor assistant instructors and help develop their teaching skills
• Represent our values and mission inside and outside the academy

Qualifications

• Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
• Experience teaching both Gi & NoGi
• Strong communicator with leadership presence
• Committed to inclusivity, respect, and building real community
• Must have a C1 level of Spanish & English (other languages such as Catalan are a plus)
• Must be legally eligible to work in Spain
