We’re Astrid & Miyu - a UK-founded jewellery brand on a mission to revolutionise the jewellery experience.

Since 2012, we’ve grown into a global brand with 28 stores and over 400 team members across the UK, Europe, Ireland, and the US. We’re known for our innovation, inclusivity, and empowering approach to jewellery - from our products to our in-store experience.

Now, we’re bringing our mission to Spain, opening our very first store in the heart of Madrid at an iconic concept store.

Location: WOW, Serrano, Madrid

Hours: 25 & 19 per week

This role requires a high level of proficiency in English, as it is our company’s working language.

The Jeweller Mission:

You’ll play a key role in creating meaningful and memorable welding experiences that inspire and empower our community. You’ll bring care and passion to every interaction, while helping us build a strong presence in this new market.

How you’ll drive success:

• As a leader in your field, you’ll consistently deliver an experience aligned with our experiential retail pillars - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments and Inspiration & Innovation — always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do
• Deliver an unforgettable welding experience that feels personal, thoughtful, and inspiring, building genuine connections with every customer
• Connect with each customer’s unique story and expertly use the welding machine to weld bracelets and charms that feel as special as the moments they represent
• Offer kindness and reassurance, especially during more emotional or sensitive moments
• Have a confident presence on the shop floor, sharing your knowledge of our products and welding service with passion and pride, inspiring both customers and your team

What you’ll need to thrive:

• You have previous experience with welding, soldering or working with jewellery, as well as a true passion for customer experience
• Fluent in both English & Spanish as all communication with our UK office will be in English
• A values champion and brand ambassador, our values resonate deeply with you
• You're a strong problem solver, with the ability to be adaptable and respond effectively to change
• You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
• You’re able to stay grounded during more difficult and sensitive interactions, always leading with empathy
