The Role

AZUL HANDLING is seeking a full-time Ramp Supervisor at Madrid Airport. As Jefe / a de Rampa , you will report directly to the Shift Supervisor. Your functions include but are not limited to supervising ramp coordinators and auxiliaries, ensuring safe and effective daily operations, managing the ramp department according to company procedures, investigating non-conformities, updating procedures, supporting recruitment, conducting training, and promoting a positive and safe work environment to ensure high-quality passenger service.

Requirements

• Obligatory Secondary Education
• At least 3 years of airport experience, including a minimum of 2 years on the ramp
• Detailed knowledge of Azul Handling procedures and Ground Operations, including Push-Back and Jointer training
• Knowledge of Madrid Airport is a plus
• High proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are valued
• Basic user knowledge of Windows and MS Office
• Proven team management experience in relevant environments
• Excellent communication skills and attitude
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Rigorous adherence to procedures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid B driving license
• Alignment with 'The Azul Way' cultural identity
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including shifts, nights, and additional hours as needed
• Willingness to reside in Madrid and within an hour of the airport
