Collaborate with the project manager leading and managing the production of work.
Lead and manage a production team to achieve production objectives efficiently and safely.
Plan and schedule production, including resource allocation, material management, and coordination with other departments.
Implement and maintain quality and safety standards.
Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture.
Experience in executing concrete structures.
3 years of experience in production management.
English is a plus.
