Job Description:

Ferrovial Energía focuses on promoting a sustainable, clean economy through innovative solutions in renewable energy infrastructure, including generation, storage, and transmission. We also provide energy efficiency solutions for clients.

Mission:

Collaborate with the project manager to lead and manage work production.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a production team to meet objectives safely and efficiently.
• Plan and schedule production, including resource and material management, and coordinate with other departments.
• Implement and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture.
• Experience in executing concrete structures.
• At least 3 years in production management.
• English proficiency is a plus.
