In our Engineering department, we have a vacancy: Energy Manager

Your mission will be to provide transversal support across all areas of the department, with a particular focus on market and consumer analysis. This role offers a comprehensive learning experience in a multinational environment, fostering both creative and analytical skills.

Main responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement energy management strategies and policies.
2. Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to identify areas for improvement.
3. Conduct energy audits and assessments to evaluate energy performance.
4. Coordinate with various departments to implement energy-saving measures.
5. Ensure compliance with energy regulations and standards.
6. Prepare reports on energy usage and savings for senior management.
7. Stay updated on the latest developments in energy management, sustainability, and industrial technologies.
8. Promote awareness and training on energy efficiency practices within the organization.
9. Manage energy procurement and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
10. Lead projects aimed at reducing energy consumption and enhancing sustainability.
11. Plan, execute, and oversee energy-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
12. Lead and develop teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
13. Determine energy consumption standards, prepare the company's energy budgets, and ensure compliance by identifying and correcting deviations.

Academic background : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. A Master’s or certification in Energy Management is preferred.

Language skills : High level of English (C1 or above)

Experience and Knowledge :

• Technical Knowledge: Energy management systems, auditing, sustainability practices, regulatory compliance, industrial technologies, project management.
• Tools: Energy monitoring software, data analysis tools, project management tools, industrial automation systems.

Soft skills : Problem-solving, proactiveness, control-oriented to ensure compliance.
