Our client is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up in revenue management for short-term rentals and hospitality.
With 500 k+ properties priced daily and a fully-remote team of 270+,
they're entering a new phase of global expansion and need to strengthen customer support to keep an NPS in the 70s and award-winning service levels.
The mission
You'll be the first point of contact for users—solving technical and business questions, running product demos and ensuring every ticket is closed with an outstanding experience.
Your work will directly impact customer retention and growth.
Key responsibilities
Own customer-reported issues through to resolution.
Deliver product walkthroughs and answer client questions.
Research, diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Provide prompt, accurate feedback to users.
Log and close all cases correctly in the system.
Handle queries via e-mail, phone and live video.
Constantly look for ways to go the extra mile for customers.
What you bring
Empathy, patience and a problem-solving mindset.
1-3 years' experience in customer support, ideally in tech start-ups.
Strong analytical background—comfortable with numbers.
Valuable working knowledge of SQL, Excel and support tools (e.g., Zohodesk).
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Native-level German and professional English fluency.
