Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Technology Solutions Head!

What do you need to fulfill this job?

• Lead end-to-end delivery of integration projects, reliability services and platforms for MuleSoft, Confluent, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and LTRS.
• Establish delivery frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
• Drive accountability for on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across all projects.
• Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and client requirements.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement in delivery practices.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for integration services.
• Regularly engage with client leadership to understand business priorities and adapt delivery strategies accordingly.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between client teams and internal teams.
• Prepare, lead, and present the Monthly Operational Review (MOR) to client stakeholders, summarizing key achievements, risks, and action plans.
• Monitor delivery metrics, including KPIs such as productivity, predictability, quality adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Implement robust delivery governance to ensure transparency and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in integration technologies, including MuleSoft, Confluent, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and LTRS.
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, event-driven architectures, process automation, and data integration strategies.
• Proven ability to architect, deliver, and maintain scalable and reliable integration solutions.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale integration delivery teams, including Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Reliability Services.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in working with C-level and senior stakeholders, managing complex client relationships.
• Skilled in identifying client needs and aligning solutions to deliver business value.
• Adept at conducting strategic reviews and presenting operational insights.
• Familiarity with industry-standard delivery metrics (e.g., productivity, velocity, quality adherence).
• Expertise in operational governance and reporting frameworks, including preparation of MORs.
• 15+ years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing integration technologies.
• Demonstrated success in delivering multi-million-dollar projects for large enterprise clients.
