Formación

• 4+ années d'expérience pertinente, de préférence dans la conception de solutions logicielles.
• Certifications préférées: CBAP, ITIL, ITSM, CISSP.
• Bilingue en espagnol.

For our specialized team, we are looking for an IT Solutions Analyst, with the possibility of working remotely from anywhere in Spain.

Work location: 100% remote, within Spain.

This role is responsible for business analysis and quality assurance activities in accordance with solution development methodology and supporting IT projects. Analysts support end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring task assignments and completion; creating and maintaining project artifacts, and ensuring proper definition and execution of user acceptance tests. They liaise with end users, software vendors, and programmers to troubleshoot issues, implement new systems, and upgrade existing systems, holding accountability for end-to-end implementation.

They assess client needs using a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to identify business priorities and advise on options.

They take accountability for the end-to-end implementation and realization of various IT solutions by working with staff, contractors, and vendors.

They analyze performance metrics to ensure user satisfaction.

They develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for implementing business solutions.

They support review and approval of test plans and monitor testing processes to ensure business results are adequately tested with minimal risk.

They collaborate closely with business partners and developers to ensure a shared understanding of business processes and requirements.

They interact with IT staff, including business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants, and other contractors.

They support project planning and coordination among different project teams.

They partner internally with business stakeholders and externally with clients to elicit business requirements that describe the desired technical and analytical solutions.

They develop and author user stories and business cases, applying accepted techniques to convey expectations.

They create low-fidelity mock-ups and annotated illustrations to communicate expected deliverables and user experiences.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Certifications: CBAP, ITIL, ITSM, CISSP.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or IT operations management.
