Formación

• 4+ years leading cross-functional teams with a focus on distributed systems.

We have partnered with one of the world's largest consultancies which is searching for high-skill-set Lead Java Developers to join their team in Spain. The successful applicant will be working on greenfield projects for one of the largest financial institutions in the world, developing a new client-facing product that works on a global scale.

Tech Stack

1. Java 8+
2. Microservices/Distributed Systems
3. CI/CD
4. MongoDB
5. Public Cloud experience

The Role:

You'll be leading distributed teams delivering an enterprise level financial product. You'll be responsible for the design and implementation of the project along with leading a cross-functional team of engineers.

Must Haves:

1. Fluency in Spanish and English
2. 4+ years experience leading cross-functional teams of 5+
3. Experience with owning design and implementation of complex distributed systems.

Bonus Points:

1. Financial software experience
2. Consultancy experience

Process

1. 1st Stage - Introduction Call
2. 2nd Stage - Technical Interview
3. 3rd Stage - Interview with client.

This role is fully remote; however, you must be located within Spain, as we cannot facilitate relocation for this position.
