What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer to contribute to a project with one of our global clients, a leader in the banking sector.

This is a 100% remote position for candidates based in Spain.

What do we expect from you?

• A strong Software Engineering background with proficiency in Java (version 8 or higher) and a solid understanding of its ecosystems.
• Experience with modern enterprise frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, along with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).
• Ability to develop autonomous, service-oriented RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging solutions.
• Knowledge of core banking concepts, including customer and product information.
