What you will do:

• Be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team of 7-10 developers, product managers, UX designers, agile coaches, architects, collaborating to design, build, and evolve the Conversion Domain microservices platform.
• Work with a distributed, scalable microservices platform where software is deployed daily, ensuring high quality, clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns, and TDD.
• Be fully independent in working with modules across all SDLC phases, owning the entire product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with talented colleagues who will mentor you and help develop your career rapidly.
• Provide solutions to complex problems by understanding the system and working with senior staff to find robust, scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Work in a fully agile environment using Kanban, actively participating in ceremonies, product definition, and ideation.
• Code solutions with high quality, attention to design, and thorough testing.
• Leverage knowledge of Cloud, Continuous Delivery, and other tools to deliver value quickly and improve technical excellence.
• Promote the use of microservices, clean code, SOLID principles, and TDD within the team.

What you need to succeed:

• Proficient in Java or any object-oriented programming language; skills are more important than specific frameworks.
• Strong data-driven approach, design pattern skills, and best practices.
• Ability to analyze challenges and provide creative, outcome-focused solutions.
• Experience across the entire software development cycle, including deployment and testing.
• High-quality mindset, including writing clear, concise, and well-tested code.
• Ability to contribute positively to team culture, providing feedback, mentoring, and participating in code reviews.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn and expand skills.
• Good English skills for working in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for debugging, development, and productivity.
• Adaptability and quick learning of new AI features.
• Experience or interest in working with AI as a collaborative partner in development.
