This is an urgent B2B contract opportunity, ideal for engineers who thrive in collaborative, agile environments and value software craftsmanship.

The Role:

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable backend systems in Java.
2. Deliver clean, testable code using Spring Boot and modern design principles.
3. Tackle complex engineering problems for enterprise clients across various industries.
4. Mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to a high-performance culture.
5. Collaborate in an agile, TDD / XP-driven environment.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong commercial experience with Java (version 11+) and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of TDD, clean architecture, and domain-driven design.
• Previous consultancy or client-facing experience is a plus.
• Exposure to microservices architecture is a nice-to-have, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
