Java Senior Software Engineer - MLPP - (Hybrid)

We're seeking an experienced Java Senior Software Engineer to join our Machine Learning Prod Platform Team in Barcelona, Madrid, Alicante, or Milan (hybrid) to drive the development of our Machine Learning platform. Our mission is to develop and operate the platform and infrastructure for ML models, working closely with Data Scientists to run ML predictions in production. We also build tools needed for an online ML platform, such as data tracking and feature store. If you're ready to soar, we're ready to take you there.

What you will do :

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with technologies like Java17, BigData tools (Kafka, Cassandra, Postgres, BigQuery, BigTable, Redis, Neo4j), machine learning, and Datamesh in a cloud environment (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP).
• Challenge the status quo, bring new ideas, influence product and process improvements, and contribute to a collaborative environment.

What you need to succeed :

Good to have :

• Experience as a senior engineer leading technical initiatives and mentoring others.
• Ability to provide strategic technical guidance and improve system architecture.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Curiosity for AI-driven solutions and experimentation mindset.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for debugging, development, and productivity enhancement.
• Adaptability to new AI features and collaborative AI workflows.
