Une entreprise de technologie recherche un développeur expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe. Le candidat idéal aura une solide formation technique et au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans le développement de logiciels, de préférence dans le secteur bancaire ou d'assurance. Le poste exige également des compétences en méthodologie AGILE et la capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

Formación

• Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans le développement.
• Anglais niveau B2 ou supérieur requis.
• Expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou d'assurance souhaitée.

Responsabilidades

• Développement de fonctionnalités et résolution de défauts.
• Élaboration d'analyses techniques alignées avec les besoins fonctionnels.
• Performance de tests techniques et intégration continue.

Descripción del empleo

Development Responsibilities:

• Development of functionalities and defect resolution
• Elaboration of technical analysis aligned with architecture and functional requirements of the application
• Perform technical tests
• Execute continuous integration according to the defined strategy and delivery calendar
• Support and analyze issues
• Contribute to AGILE meetings:
  • Share feedback with the development team
  • Work with the Business Analyst of the team
  • Use Jira as the ticketing tool
• Experience with AGILE methodology

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: NodeJS, JQuery
• Backend: Spring framework, especially Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, REST services, Microservices programming
• Test Frameworks: JUnit, Mockito
• Database: Oracle
• Version Control: Git / GitLab, basic knowledge of Kafka Connector development
• Infrastructure: Docker, IBM Cloud
• Desirable CI/CD: Jenkins, Sonar

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience
• English level B2+ or higher
• Bachelor's degree in information sciences, vocational training, or higher degree in computer science
• Experience in the banking or insurance sector
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Advanced analytical and diagnostic skills for handling ambiguous issues without known precedent or with apparent contradictions
• Ability to see the big picture and be aware of technological and business directions
• Experience with AGILE methodology
