What You'll Do

Adyen's Bank Accounts team in Madrid is looking for experienced Java engineers to take our product to the next level. The team is an important part of Adyen's platform and financial services solution, which is Adyen's next strategic move after capturing the payments market. You will be responsible for developing both our embedded and enterprise account offering which includes a variety of projects with unique challenges. • You will build and maintain our high-performance platform.

Who you are :

• We are looking for a Software Engineers with senior experience working with object-oriented programming languages (JAVA).
• If you are flexible, a team player, someone with an eye for detail will be great.
• Someone able to take ownership and lead a project and who enjoys writing testable code.
• Great communication skills and the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts.
• We are an international team, so we need you to be full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English.
• Proficient in creating performant database queries and table structures
• Our Tech Stack : Java 17, Web Services (RESTful) and SQL / PostgreSQL using MyBatis (ORM), Tomcat, Gradle, CockroachDB and Elasticsearch
