Its teams design and deliver front-office technology solutions and build capital markets products, including messaging infrastructure, a developer framework for trading systems, an open-source FIX engine, and replicated state machines.

Задачи

• Design and develop Java applications and libraries
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug Java applications to ensure smooth performance
• Participate in code reviews to support code quality, maintainability, and reusability
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development
• Pair with team members to deliver high-quality outcomes

Требования

• Experience in Java server-side software development
• Experience designing, building, debugging, and operating distributed systems
• Experience designing and evolving messaging protocols and software libraries
• Experience applying testing methods to support software correctness and performance
• Experience measuring, benchmarking, and profiling components and systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative approach, willingness to share knowledge and learn from others, and interest in learning and keeping up to date
• Comfortable with test-driven and Agile development
