Formación

• Experience in Java server-side software development.
• Expertise in Java technologies.
• Core Java programming with Java 17+.
• Knowledge of dependency injection and IoC.
• Experience with messaging technologies.
• Familiarity with data structures like sets, hashes and caches.
• Understanding of concurrency, resiliency, caching, HTTP and REST.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with DevOps for deploying applications.
• Maintenance and bug-fixing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to financial protocols like FIX and ITCH.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to low-latency/high-performance systems and languages like C, C++, Go, Rust, or C#; Front Office systems; Gradle/GitHub Actions; AWS/Azure.
