Adaptive Financial Consulting is seeking a Senior Java Developer to build high-performance server-side solutions for capital markets in a hybrid work setup. You will contribute to front-office system design, testing, and continuous improvement within an Agile team and partner with DevOps for deployment.

The role emphasizes clean code, performance tuning, code reviews, and staying current with Java trends and best practices in a finance environment.

Formación

• Strong Java fundamentals with server-side development experience.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• Familiarity with financial protocols (FIX, ITCH) is a plus.
• Hands-on with unit testing and test-driven development.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and automation.
