Your Challenge:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Key Account Manager to support the management and growth of relationships with key retailers for our brand (ECI, Primor, Arenal, Wells, Nocibé, and Manor). The ideal candidate will be an entry-level B2B sales professional with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Support: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with major clients in the beauty sector, supporting the efficient execution of business plans and strategies. Collaborate with senior team members to align with client objectives.
  • Sales Support and Business Development: Help in implementing commercial strategies for clients, ensuring product assortment optimization, supporting sales growth, and contributing to profitability.
  • Communication with Retailers: Assist in communicating with retailers to resolve day-to-day issues related to product placement, pricing, promotions, and stock management.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support by coordinating the flow of information between internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) and clients. This includes preparing reports, tracking orders, and managing correspondence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and analyzing key account performance using sales data, market trends, and KPIs to support the identification of growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative Work: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of product launches, promotions, and other initiatives, supporting the overall business strategy.
  • P&L Support: Assist in reviewing P&L data, supporting budget tracking and ensuring all campaigns and accounts are aligned with financial objectives.
  • Stock and Distribution Management: Support the coordination of product distribution and ensure that the correct products are available at retail points of sale. Monitor product stock levels and assist in replenishment processes.
  • Planning Assistance: Assist in the planning of new product launches (Soft / Hard Launches), as well as the analysis and exit strategy for discontinued products. Support demand forecasting and inventory management.
  • Outbound Support: Assist in communicating product additions/removals and help request PO numbers from key retailers. Support the preparation of retail point-of-sale files during launches and implantation orders by store.
  • Inbound Support: Help confirm the pickup and reimbursement of returns, ensuring efficient handling of returns and exchanges.

What we expect from you:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or internship, preferably in the beauty or FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
  • Advanced level of English (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
