Job Description: Junior Key Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Key Account Manager to support the management and growth of relationships with key retailers such as ECI, Primor, Arenal, Wells, Nocibé, and Manor. The ideal candidate is an entry-level B2B sales professional with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and contribute to our team.

Your Responsibilities :
  1. Key Account Support: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with major clients in the beauty sector, supporting the execution of business plans and strategies. Collaborate with senior team members to align with client objectives.
  2. Sales Support and Business Development: Help implement commercial strategies, optimize product assortment, support sales growth, and contribute to profitability.
  3. Communication with Retailers: Assist in resolving day-to-day issues related to product placement, pricing, promotions, and stock management.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Support information flow between internal teams and clients, prepare reports, track orders, and manage correspondence.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key account performance using sales data, market trends, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Collaborative Work: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of product launches, promotions, and initiatives.
  7. P&L Support: Assist in reviewing P&L data, support budget tracking, and ensure campaigns meet financial objectives.
  8. Stock and Distribution Management: Support product distribution, monitor stock levels, and assist in replenishment processes.
  9. Planning Assistance: Help plan new product launches and analyze exit strategies for discontinued products. Support demand forecasting and inventory management.
  10. Outbound Support: Communicate product changes, request PO numbers, and prepare retail point-of-sale files during launches.
  11. Inbound Support: Confirm pickup and reimbursement of returns, ensuring efficient handling of exchanges.
What We Expect from You :
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or internship, preferably in the beauty or FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
  • Advanced English skills (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
