We are seeking a passionate backend developer to join our innovative team in a fast-paced, agile environment. The JAVA Backend Engineer will:

1. Develop and maintain scalable applications using up-to-date technologies
2. Deploy and monitor apps in cloud-native environments
3. Monitor applications for bugs or bottlenecks and resolve issues
4. Communicate with business teams to understand requirements and explain technical concepts
5. Write clear, maintainable code

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Java
• Experience with Spring Boot or similar microservices frameworks
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with testing frameworks for robustness
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish; German is a plus

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of OpenShift
• Experience with Kotlin
