POSITION
To strengthen our growing global team, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer (non-tech roles) to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent for HRS. You will be instrumental in building robust talent pools and supporting hiring managers across departments, ensuring we secure high-quality hires aligned with our organizational goals. This role requires strong sourcing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop innovative approaches to talent acquisition while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The position is a remote role to be based in Poland or Spain combined with traveling to HQ (Cologne) when necessary. The attractive remuneration is in line with the local market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
