Une entreprise de logistique de premier plan recherche un Responsable du Développement Commercial pour diriger des initiatives de vente au sein de leur nouvelle division de solutions de gestion des commandes. About Our Client:

We are partnering with a prestigious global logistics integrator, renowned for innovative supply chain solutions. As they launch a groundbreaking Order Management Solution (OMS) division with a focus on the retail sector, they seek a dynamic European Business Development Manager. This pivotal role will drive growth and position their OMS offerings as industry-leading solutions for retail clients.

The Role: As a European Business Development Manager, you will lead sales initiatives and cultivate strategic relationships across Europe to propel the success of the new OMS division, specifically targeting retail businesses.

Key Responsibilities: -

Strategic Sales Planning:





Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the retail sector. -

Client Engagement:

Identify and engage with retail clients, offering tailored OMS solutions to enhance their supply chain operations. -

Relationship Management:

Strengthen long-term relationships with retail clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued partnership. -

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the retail space to seize emerging opportunities. -

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams for seamless implementation of OMS solutions tailored to retail clients. -

Negotiation and Contracts:

Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable agreements with retail businesses. -

Industry Representation:

Attend industry events to promote OMS solutions and expand business networks within the retail sector.

Qualifications: -

Experience:

Proven success in business development within logistics, with expertise in order management solutions for retail clients. -

Industry Knowledge:





Comprehensive understanding of 3PL services and supply chain operations in the retail sector. -

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities. -

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. -

Technical Acumen:

Knowledge of OMS platforms and related technologies.
