Job summary

Alfanar Energía in Madrid seeks a Project Manager to drive Italian renewable energy developments from its Madrid hub. You will lead permitting, land acquisition, and co-development with external partners, ensuring timely, budget-friendly delivery in line with group policies.

Ideal candidates hold an Engineering or Architecture degree with 5+ years in renewables, strong knowledge of planning tools, and grid-connection procedures; fluency in Italian plus working English/Spanish is required, with

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Environmental, etc.) or Architecture.
Minimum 5 years leading project developments in Italian renewable energy sector.
Experience evaluating territorial planning tools and authorization legislation in renewables.
Knowledge of grid connection procedures and related regulatory processes (TICA, STMG, STMD, Sharing Agreements).

Responsibilities

Manage development activities for permits and land acquisition in Italy (PAS, VIA, AU, etc.).
Originate new business opportunities in Italy to add to the project portfolio.
Oversee co-development contracts and relationships with external developers/engineering firms.
Coordinate with stakeholders: Public Authorities, Landowners, Grid operators.
Collaborate with Legal, Controlling, Engineering, Interconnection, Construction to develop projects.
