ABEI ENERGY in Madrid is seeking a Legal Affairs professional to report to the Legal Director and collaborate with the project development team in Italy. You will manage legal affairs for Italy, drafting and negotiating land contracts, co-development agreements, corporate governance, and regulatory matters for wind, solar, and storage projects.

Key duties include drafting and negotiating all contracts for project development (Head of Terms, LOIs, exclusivity), establishing SPVs and governance,

Responsabilidades

• Drafting and negotiating all needed contracts for project development (e.g. Head of Terms, Sharing Agreement, LOI, Exclusivity Agreement)
• Establishment and governance of SPVs; proxies and administrative tasks for grid connection and regulatory compliance
• Support in permitting tasks and regulatory analyses at regional and national levels
