Quintas Group, Seville Advisory team, is seeking a Project Manager to support our Italy portfolio in technical and regulatory advisory for solar PV, agri-PV and BESS projects. You'll coordinate advisory workstreams, review grid documentation and liaise with clients, EPCs and network operators.

The role requires 5+ years in renewable energy advisory, fluency in Italian and English, and strong analytical skills to manage multiple tasks and risks across jurisdictions.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy or related advisory roles.
• Fluency in Italian and strong proficiency in English.
• Experience reviewing technical studies, permits and grid documentation.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Client-facing communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with European grid codes and cross-border frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and coordinating advisory workstreams, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, deliverables and client expectations are properly controlled.
• Reviewing connection studies, technical documentation and permits prepared by developers, EPCs, engineering firms and network operators.
• Advising clients on project development strategies, regulatory risks, grid-related interfaces and compliance requirements in the Italian market.
• Coordinating technical due diligence for acquisitions, financings and development-stage investments across PV, agri-PV and BESS assets.
• Identifying technical, regulatory and project execution risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Supporting feasibility assessments, CAPEX/OPEX benchmarking, design reviews and performance evaluations.
• Acting as day-to-day client interface, coordinating internal teams, developers, engineering firms and grid operators.
• Preparing clear technical reports and presentations with findings, risks, recommendations and next steps.
• Contributing to best-practice frameworks and knowledge development within the Advisory division.

Quintas Advisory is the advisory division of Quintas Group. The latter comprises Quintas Energy, Europe’s largest independent platform for Asset Management and Specialised Services to investors in the renewable energy assets with more than 10GW of assets currently under management. We have the leading professional team and systems and because of continued growth, a vacancy has arisen in our Seville Advisory team for a Project Manager, to support out Italy portfolio in the technical and regulatory advisory services for solar PV, agri-PV and BESS projects in Italy, with a particular focus on grid connection, permitting interfaces and project development risks.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating advisory workstreams, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, deliverables and client expectations are properly controlled.
• Reviewing connection studies, technical documentation and permits prepared by developers, EPCs, engineering firms and network operators.
• Advising clients on project development strategies, regulatory risks, grid-related interfaces and compliance requirements in the Italian market, including TERNA, ARERA, CEI standards and DSO/TSO requirements.
• Coordinating technical due diligence for acquisitions, financings and development-stage investments across PV, agri-PV and BESS assets.
• Identifying technical, regulatory and project execution risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Supporting feasibility assessments, CAPEX/OPEX benchmarking, design reviews and performance evaluations.
• Acting as day-to-day client interface, coordinating internal teams, developers, engineering firms and grid operators.
• Preparing clear technical reports and presentations with findings, risks, recommendations and next steps.
• Contributing to best-practice frameworks and knowledge development within the Advisory division.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy, technical advisory, project development, grid connection, permitting, engineering or similar roles.
• Fluency in Italian and strong proficiency in English.
• Proven experience reviewing technical studies, permits and grid documentation for utility-scale projects.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple advisory assignments simultaneously.
• Client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and regulatory concepts clearly and confidently.
• Experience with energy storage regulation, hybrid systems and grid flexibility mechanisms.
• Background in technical due diligence for project finance or M&A transactions.
• Familiarity with European grid codes and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
