fonio is seeking a Partner Manager to own the Italian partner channel end to end. You will drive acquisition, activation, and enablement, bringing new partners to their first closed deal and arming them with the resources to sell fonio independently.

You will manage the full partner base in your market, sitting in on customer calls, building playbooks, and delivering ongoing coaching. This role requires travel, and you’ll relocate from Vienna to Barcelona as the business scales.

Formación

• Italian native and fluent English required.
• Sales background; SDR to AE path preferred.
• Channel or partner experience is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for partner visits and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire: identify and screen potential partners in Italy.
• Activation: drive first joint closed deal with partners.
• Enablement: train partners with resources and playbooks.
• Account Management: regular check-ins and upsell opportunities.
