We are looking for a group of highly-skilled professionals whose focus is on engaging and obtaining high potential advertisers, and subsequently persuading them to incorporate a range of marketing products into their current Marketing strategies.

What you will do:

  1. Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service.
  2. Create, maintain and update a database of customers with complete information.
  3. Consolidate existing customer base while building a new customer base.
  4. Record outbound call history and customers' responses in detail.
  5. Ensure customer follow-up at all times.
  6. Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for our own products or services.
  7. Handle customer needs and requirements.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.

What we are looking for:

  1. Currently based in the Barcelona metropolitan area.
  2. Native level of Italian with fluent English.
  3. Previous sales experience.
  4. Experience with CRM.
  5. Strong written and oral business communication skills.
  6. Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
  9. Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
  10. Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
  11. Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience.

What we offer:

  1. Full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
  2. This is a hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  3. Salary: 21,080€ gross/year + up to 3,720€ gross/year in bonus.
