Job responsibilities:
- Understanding and identifying customer needs as a customer support advisor for Booking.
- Listening, responding, and mediating between international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring high customer service levels.
- Clarifying inquiries regarding service, payment, and technical requirements, providing accurate information, and following set processes via email and phone.
Requirements:
- Italian: C2 level and advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
- Positive, motivated attitude to handle challenging customer issues.
- Goal-oriented work approach.
- Open to changing priorities and business processes.
- Affinity with Accommodation platforms.
- Experience in customer service or contact centers is valued.
- Availability to work both from the office and remotely within 100km of the office.
Benefits:
- Contract: 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday.
- Salary: €18,794 gross/year.
- Shift options: afternoon (15:00-23:00) or split shift (09:00-20:00).
- Temporary contract.
