Fh Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Italian-speaking customer support professionals to join multiple projects across social media, travel, hospitality and more. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, supporting customers and resolving issues according to company policies.

The position offers relocation assistance (private room in a shared apartment) and paid training, with a diverse, international work environment that promotes growth and career opportunities.

Formación

• Fluent Italian (C1–C2) required.
• Good command of English (B2+) required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting customers via phone, email and chat.
• Resolving account, payment, order and service-related queries.
• Reviewing and moderating online content according to platform policies.
• Managing reservations and customer requests.
• Processing documentation and operational tasks.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
