Spotahome is offering a paid internship in Madrid focused on account management. You’ll generate new leads daily, contact listings for accuracy, and support the team with reporting and meetings preparation.

You’ll coordinate with listers for photo-sessions and assist across Booking and Partnerships on daily activities and new feature rollouts. The role requires strong Italian and English, a startup mindset, creativity, agility, and the ability to sign a University agreement.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new leads on a daily basis for the Account Management team.
• Contact accounts to ensure listings contain correct and up-to-date information (availability updates).
• Support Account Management team with daily reporting and account management tasks.
• Help Account Management team prepare for meetings with key accounts.
• Contact listers to schedule photo-sessions.
• Assist Booking and Partnership team with daily activities and rollout of new features.
