Italian & English) Technical Support Consultant (remote)

Join our Technical Support Consultant team today and thrive in a multicultural and multilingual environment while working remotely from your home office. Develop new skills and achieve challenging goals with our People First management approach.

What you will do :

  • Provide exceptional customer support via emails, calls, and chats
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers step-by-step
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Document customer interactions
  • Improve support processes and procedures
  • Maintain high product knowledge and stay updated with product changes

What you need to succeed :

  • Excellent Italian and English skills (spoken and written)
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
  • Personal laptop (at least 8GB RAM) and stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
