Busuu, a leading EdTech company, is hiring a Sales Development Representative to fuel its Italian expansion. You will design AI-powered prospecting workflows, generate qualified opportunities, and collaborate with BDMs to drive enterprise and mid-market growth.

The role blends hands-on pipeline generation with AI workflow design, requiring 1-2+ years in sales, fluency in Italian and English, and comfort with outbound outreach across multiple channels.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of sales experience in a commercial or EdTech/HR-Tech role.
• Proven ability to build outbound pipeline and engage decision-makers in Italy.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with AI-driven outreach and HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Own pipeline generation end-to-end: mapping, prospecting, qualifying leads, scheduling demos for BDMs.
• Design and execute targeted outbound strategies to generate high-intent opportunities in Enterprise and mid-market accounts in Italy.
• Map and engage HR, L&D, and Procurement professionals using AI-driven outreach and occasional cold calling.
• Track all activity and provide data-driven insights in HubSpot to inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging and improve conversion.
