Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for highly-skilled professionals to join our team.
Your responsibilities:
- Verification Operations: Process license, insurance, and business registration submissions to ensure compliance with quality guidelines for reviews and recertifications.
- Reactive Support: Provide phone and email support for live advertisers.
- Product Operations: Review reviews for guideline compliance, publish or deny, evaluate escalated photo submissions requiring language support, and process Google Guarantee claims.
- Quality Monitoring and Improvement: Review live provider quality results and collaborate with partners to enhance performance.
- Provider Support and Retention: Work with providers to improve lead results, manage at-risk and provider churn reports to support retention.
- Onboarding Support: Prepare and set expectations with businesses about onboarding and go-live processes, understand regional requirements, and assist with information collection and submission.
- Ad-hoc Operations: Support additional operational tasks as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum requirements:
- Native level of Italian.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in fast-paced, scaled operations environments.
- Experience in a call center and customer-facing roles.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to produce quality work under deadlines.
- Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business.
- 2+ years of experience in legal, trust & safety, vetting, or similar fields.
- Experience with local legislation or government entities.
- Familiarity with home services (plumbing, locksmiths, electrical, etc.).

- Full-time position (39 hours/week).
- Salary: €18.978,62 gross/year + up to €1,000 bonus.
