This opportunity is based in our offices in San Sebastian, Spain.

Position: Technical Engineering Director

Reports directly to: CTO

1. Derives new IP from customer needs to expand Multiverse’s product offerings.
2. Curates a high-performance team and manages talent allocation.
3. Brings unique technical expertise to the Tech team.
4. Collaborates with other directors to find cross-project synergies.

Required Qualifications

• Masters in Machine Learning, Physics, Computer Science, or another STEM field.
• At least 3 years of industry experience working on NLP, Large Language Models, or Deep Learning.
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management.
• At least 2 years of experience with Python.
• Ability to work with a diverse team both in-person and remotely.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience building custom software solutions.
• Experience as a customer point of contact.
• Ability to develop and manage project plans.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
