Job Summary :

The ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics and onsite operations for IT asset recovery. This role ensures the secure, compliant, and efficient movement of retired IT assets from client locations to processing facilities while optimizing costs and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter with a background in either logistics, supply chain management, or IT asset disposition—driven to innovate while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the transportation and handling of decommissioned IT assets.
• Coordinate asset pick-up, tracking, and delivery to ITAD processing facilities, ensuring compliance with data security and environmental regulations.
• Create and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight carriers, and internal transportation teams to ensure service efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain chain-of-custody documentation for IT assets to ensure accountability and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Warehouse, sales, compliance, and finance, to align logistics operations with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive cost savings.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and GDPR data security requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in ITAD logistics and supply chain management.

Required Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in either logistics, supply chain management, or IT asset disposition.
• Understanding of IT asset disposition processes, regulatory compliance, and data security protocols.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers or freight carriers.
• Proficiency in logistics software, asset tracking systems, and warehouse management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize logistics processes for efficiency and cost savings.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and certifications related to IT asset disposal.
• Ability to travel as required to support logistics operations and vendor relationships.
