We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and oversee our change operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and prompt handling of all IT changes, minimizing the impact of change-related problems on IT service delivery and quality.

About the Job

This role is part of our IT Production organization, which provides IT production services to our clients in EMEA. We aim to deliver digital market evolution in a secure and performant environment with reliable quality. Our team includes infrastructure services, telecom & workspace, production security, and application production domains.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT infrastructure, architecture, security, and cybersecurity. They should also possess proficiency in developing and adapting processes, setting performance indicators, and building trust with top management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Animate and supervise global IT change management operations.
• Manage change requests, ensuring compliance with directives and procedures.
• Support CTO & IT teams in managing operational changes.
• Control requests for changes in production.
• Assess impact and risk of changes on service levels.
• Manage conflicts of planned changes in production.
• Prepare and organize CCB / CAB meetings, supporting and advising CTOs and IT senior management.
• Represent the change management process in GCB ITG meetings.
• Steer, report, and improve change management processes.

Coordination of Major IT Operations in Production

• Manage the timetable for major changes and the CIB freeze calendar in collaboration with ITG.
• Manage the ANC (Advanced Notification Calendar) for major changes.
• Handle conflicts related to major changes in production.
• Coordinate major infrastructure operations and provide post-operation reports and lessons learned.

IT Change Process and Procedures

• Coordinate the management of procedures and maintain an up-to-date document inventory.
• Ensure IT change operations align with BNPP processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure data quality in change tickets for all CIB IT production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• IT professional with strong technical background and at least 6 years of experience in international companies.
• Languages : Fluent English (spoken and written). French skills are a plus.
